RMPOA Battlefield Tour – “ Terms and Conditions “

RESERVATIONS: Total of 55 seats are reserved for the RMPOA Battlefield Tour. Reservations are taken on a first come first-serve basis. It is suggested you reserve as early as possible. A deposit amount of $ 600.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable up until the final payment date. The deposit payment indicates an acceptance of the tour’s “Terms & Conditions.” Final payment is due 11 February 2019.

CANCELLATION and REFUND: Cancellation for all or any part of the tour will not be effective until received in writing in the office of BK Tours & Travel. Should you cancel, the following terms apply: full refund prior to 92 days before the tour departure date, less $100.00 per person administrative fees. Cancellations received within 91 to 31 days of departure will result in payments received being applied to cover actual expenses, airfare penalties, fees and other payments to
date. Remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of departure, a no-show or early return from the tour will result in forfeiture of 100% of the monies paid.

RESPONSIBILITY: This tour is operated by BK Tours & Travel, LLC.. Henceforth referred to as BK Tours. By contracting for services from suppliers, BK Tours and/or its agents, acting as agents for the tour members; shall be responsible to supply services and accommodations as set forth in the tour flyer and any other promotional materials, except to the extent such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due the forces of nature, delays or other causes beyond the control of BK Tours. Best efforts will be made to supply comparable services and accommodations. If such services and accommodations cannot be provided due to the forces of nature or if the services are not used due to the voluntary omission of the tour member, no refunds will be granted

Not Included: Airfare not listed in the “Included Features” section and federal inspection fees; cost of obtaining a passport and/or visa; personal expenses such as laundry, liquors, wines, mineral waters, phone, valet, coffee at lunch or dinner; optional sightseeing and other excursions; gratuities to local guides and drivers; services other than those specifically mentioned in the “Included Features”; luggage handling in the United States at the beginning and end of the tour; transfers and baggage handling to/from the airport/hotel if you are arriving or departing earlier and/or later than the arrival or departure of the group air flight(s); transportation between home city and port of embarkation; any increase in airfares after publication date; expenses due to flight delays, strikes, bad weather or other irregularities; excess baggage charges, such as overweight charges or handling for more than two suitcases; individual services apart from the group; refunds for hotel accommodations, meals or any other services not used; any expenses for a la carte meal items not included in preplanned menus under local custom or for eating in other dining rooms or at hours other than 

Meals: Unless otherwise noted, hotels will provide a breakfast. Meals not listed and beverages not included with the meal, will be at the traveler’s expense.

Sightseeing & Excursions: As stated in the tour flyer.

Tips & Taxes: All hotel taxes and gratuities are included. Tips for the bus operator and not included. These will be collected on a voluntary basis at the end of the tour.

Travel Insurance: Is part of the “Included Features”. Coverages include accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and baggage protection. “Tour cancellation is not included” with the package. Cancellation insurance can be purchased separately.

Consumer Protection: BK Tours is bonded against bankruptcy or insolvency and holds Errors and Omission, and liability insurance up to $1 million per traveler.

Upon payment of a deposit, tour participants indicate their acceptance of the above terms and conditions for the “RMPOA Battlefield Tour.”
